Get the feeling of sailing down the longest river in the world, where the Egyptian pharaohs lived and built their temples. There is not a cloud to be seen in the clear blue sky. The shores are lined with mango trees and date palms. The mountains of Thebes rise in the west behind a narrow fertile strip of soil along the shore. When the temperatures rise to 40 in the summer, the river is an inviting place for a refreshing bath.
We will meet you at the airport and take you to the Dahabiya ABUNDANCE, where you will enjoy a warm welcome. Select your cabins and meet your Egyptologist tour guide. We set sail in Aswan and start on our magical tour. Our first stop is Kom Ombo. Visit the double temples of Haroeris and Sobek, the crocodile god, in Kom Ombo.
Discover antique sandstone boulders and chapels hewn out of the rock by rulers of pharaonic times. In Edfu you will visit the temple of Horus, which is the best maintained temple in all of Egypt.
We set sail to continue our journey. Enjoy the views of the river and the life on the river bank. Visit the temple of Chnum in Esna.

We will take you to Esna where you embark Dahabiya ABUNDANCE Wadi el Kheir You visit the Temple of Chnum in Esna after which we set sail and start your magical journey. We sail on and you can enjoy the breathtaking views of the Nile. For the night we moor at a peaceful island.
Sailing to Edfu where you can visit the Temple of Horus which is one of the best preserved temples in all of Egypt. In Wadi Shat we can take you on a leisurely walk through a village and to see ancient rock drawings. We will moor at Gebel el Silsila. Your dinner will be served on deck.
In Gebel el Silsila, a quarry, we can explore ancient sandstone boulders and chapels hewn out of the rock in pharaonic times. Then we will continue to see the spectacular double temple of Sobek and Haroeris in Kom Ombo.
In Daraw we visit the camel market which is a truly unique experience. Afterwards we stroll through the village with its colorful displays of fruits and vegetables. We will anchor at a beautiful spot so that you can go for a walk or relax on the boat.
Disembark in Aswan - After a leisurely breakfast, Captain Mohammed and his crew will bid you farewell and ish you safe onward travels.
We will meet you at the airport and take you to the Dahabiya ABUNDANCE, where you will enjoy a warm welcome. Select your cabins and meet your Egyptologist tour guide. First, we will take you to the Valley of the Kings on the west bank of the Nile. In the afternoon, you will explore the monumental Karnak Temple.
We will set sail early in the morning and head for Esna. After a leisurely breakfast, you will visit the Temple of Chnum in Esna. We will sail on towards Edfu and you can enjoy the breathtaking views of the Nile.
In the morning you can visit the Temple of Horus in Edfu which is one of the best preserved temples in all of Egypt. In the afternoon we invite you to take a walk with us through plantations, villages and a bit of desert. This will take about 1 hour. We will join the ship again in Gebel el Silsila.
In Gebel el Silsila, a quarry, we can explore ancient sandstone boulders and chapels hewn out of the rock in pharaonic times. After a few hours sailing, we will visit the double temple of Haroeris and Sobek in Kom Ombo. Dinner will be served under the starry skies on the river bank.

Do a sightseeing tour in Aswan. Visit the extraordinary Isis Temple on Philae Island and the High Dam. We will start sailing back to Luxor in the early afternoon. You can relax and enjoy the breeze and the comforts of the ship.
Sailing back to Luxor. We will go through the lock, moor at an island and have a BBQ with entertainment.
Disembark before 12 noon. Captain Mohammed and the crew bid you farewell.
